A restricted transaction involves knowingly accepting a transmittal of any credit, funds, instrument, or proceeds in connection with the participation of another person in unlawful internet gambling. In the event that Pretrial Diversion Program receives knowledge that a customer is engaged in illegal internet gambling, Pretrial Diversion Program will close the customer’s account and cancel all transactions.
